Our Pastor

The Rev. Keith Saare, pictured here with his son Wyatt (indeed, named after the famous gunfighter of our town), is originally from California. He has been married over 25 years to Amber, and together they have 4 children and a daughter-in-law. In addition to ministering at Saint Paul’s, he has served many years as an active duty chaplain for the U.S. Army and was previously enlisted as a trumpet player. He is a graduate of The Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles, and his hobbies include traveling around Europe, exploring Arizona, enjoying cowboy culture, cooking German & British cuisines, jogging, parenting, homeschooling, and learning foreign and classical languages. He loves reading the King James Bible for its aesthetic beauty and value as a cultural treasure of the English language. A former adjunct professor of New Testament Greek for Howard Payne University, he holds memberships in Church Society, Prayer Book Society, and Prayer Book Society – USA. As a fairly new Priest in the Episcopal Church, he simply desires to exposit the word of God for the people of Saint Paul’s and to experience the joy of worshiping with them in the beauty of classical Anglicanism.
